Curiously investigating the interactions between people and technology.

Hello New York, first time we're introduced, I'm 17 years old and feel tiny in the Big Apple. Adolescence is about the lines of flight, the endless perspectives, the Art Deco architecture superimposed on the gothic style, the gigantic shadows of the skyscrapers, the daring mixture of culinary cultures, the enthusiasm of its inhabitants who participate in a sensational sensory change of scenery. I missed New York! Therefore, I decided to leave my hometown, and favourite city, Mumbai, for a couple of years to build my career and see if l am there.

Sitting in the New York subway, the train rushes downtown, the air conditioning seems to be set at sixteen degrees, the screeching recedes into the distance in the tunnel, I observe people, sketch line illustrations using the stylus on my Galaxy, a blue-collar dozing in her seat, a working girl is chatting with her co-worker, she is holding a coffee in her hand, ideas come to me, leave, reappear over time, take on different forms, I write them down, I often forget some, I draw a coffee cup in front of a giant goblet, a tired old lady appears in front of a dynamic Granny … bewildered, to say the least.

Nature and technology are the two things that have always inspired me and surprised me time and again. I look to nature as a blueprint for innovation and beauty. As I delve into the complexities of design, I strive to imbue my work with the same balance, harmony, and resilience found in the natural world. Through my designs, I aspire to evoke wonder, provoke thought, and ultimately leave a positive impact on both people and the planet.
